When I use the default ethanol and air reaction in fluent, the temp reaches 4500K+, well above the the flame temp for an ethanol reaction. I noticed this when using eddy dissipation and eddy dissipation concept. Any idea why?

Hi,
Can you confirm if the simulation is well converged.

Ya, it converged pretty well. My goal is to use dpm for the liquid, but to check if it was working I just assumed it was a gas. The temp started out around 2500K which is what I expect, but as it converged it increased to 4500k+
