Error with PML in circular surface for eigenmode HFSS

  I am trying to use PML wizard set up for a boundary condition in a circular waveguide in an eigenmode problem in HFSS. However, every time I finish the wizard, HFSS collapses and stops working. I think this could be some type of bug since when I do the same for a rectangular surface, the software works fine. Do I need to do any previous step for a circular surface?
  In addition, this problem does not happen in previous version (2020R2). I am working on 2023R1.
