Error while trying to give run on HPC server

  Hi
  Iam using Ansys2021R2 version. Iam getting the below error while trying to run the job in HPC Server(Linux) from windows machine
  System.Runtime.Remoting.RemotingException: Remote service LauncherService at inblrxa86:9212 not reached.
  Would be of great help if anyone let me know what is the issue and how can i fix it

  Was RSM installed on the linux server per the documentation?
  If so, check firewall settings and add port 9212 to the exceptions list.
  If this does not help, can you post the RSM Job log? Please post the text as staff are not permitted to open files.
