error while adding material to stator and rotor in Ansys electronics desktop

  I got this error while trying to add material in Ansys electronics desktop student version 2024 R1 -( RMxprt ). can someone help me to rectify this issue.

  Sorry for the inconvenience, I would need more information to debug. Does this simulation run successfully using materials from default material library?
