error when trying to start new design modeler geometry

  I get the error pictured below when trying to start a new design modeler, then when I click ok I get a second error saying that geometry closed in an abnormal way. I need this to work for a class I am taking. Any suggestions on how to get the program to work, because I have tried several times and it will not let me get this to work.

  Hi Jon,
  Please launch your event viewer> Windows logs> Application log and check if there are any application errors.
  May I know who is your Account Manager?

  Are you logged into your account using 2 devices? You have to log out of one to avoid errors when working.
