error when starting Mechanical APDL launcher

  Hello,
  
  when I want to open the Mechanical APDL Product launcher 2020 R1 I get an error in the startup script:
  
  couldn't load library 'CProgram Files/AnsysInc/............./ansinfo.dII': this library could not be found in the library path while executing 'load .....ansinfo'
  
  My workbench is working fine and my APDL was also working last week until I tried to install the ansys local help. Maybe something went wrong with the product configuration.
  
  Can anyone help me with this problem? Has anyone seen this before?

  Does that ansinfo.dll exist in the path in the error message ?
  
  Open up CMD Prompt and enter the command
  
  set
  
  and post the output of it here.
