Error when opening and closing Ansys Student Mechanical Applications

      I try the renaming "v212.old" Buts it's didn't work.

      Any other option for that to start

      Can you please post a screenshot of the error.
      Also, under %TEMP%\WorkbenchLogs you should see log files from the run. Can you post the contents of the log file?
      Please post them and do not attach files as we are not permitted to open files

      Can you please specify the content because I didn't find it on my computer.
      About my error. This following error I have faced and i open the mechanical but didn't work. Just blank page

      Open Windows File Explorer and type in %TEMP%\WorkbenchLogs in the address space

      It should take you tothe WorkbenchLogs directory under your %TEMP% directory
      Sort by date and check the logs files::

      Those seem normal.
      are there any errors listed in the Windows Event Viewer?
      Open Windows Event Viewer

      Go to Windows Logs and check the Application and System Logs

      In application file there are Ansys related error
