Error when opening and closing Ansys Student Mechanical Applications

  Using Ansys Student Software, after a failed simulation and program crash, now when opening Mechanical it presents the following errors:

  Hello Daniel_577_Correia What version are you running?
  Try the following:
  Exit all ANSYS Programs.
  Navigate to:
  %Appdata%\Ansys
  You should see a directory: v20# (Corresponding to your version)
  rename this directory to *.old Ex: if v202, rename to v202.old
  Try running again.
