After opening Chemkin 2021 R2, when I try to open one of the samples, I receive the following error. How can I fix this?

This could be due to a java startup error such as requesting too much memory.
Or it could be due to a problem already reported by the user interface.

      HI Ghazal:

It looks like your Chemkin sample file could not be loaded - maybe because it is not present or because Chemkin isn't configured properly.  I would review the instructions in "Verifying your Installation" in Chapter 1.7 of the Chemkin Getting Started Guide

      https://ansyshelp.ansys.com/account/secured?returnurl=/Views/Secured/corp/v232/en/chemkin_gs/i27393.html

If the file C:\Users\User\chemkin\samples2021R2\pre-mixed_burner__burner_stabilized.ckprj  exists, try moving it to a local directory and see if it will load from there.  This will rule out any problems with Java, which is required for Chemkin to run.

      Best Regards,

      Judy
