Error opening Ensight case files from fluent into Ensight

  So I exported my solution data from fluent using Ensight case gold, selected my fluid domain, ensight parallel and my quantities. However, when trying to open my case files in Ensight (using the multiple file interface) it keeps giving me this strange error. Does anyone know what this error means and how I can fix it. Thanks!

    I have looked into the ansys ensight user manual, but as far as I can tell I don’t see anything wrong with my filepath or files. Am I missing something?
