Hi We are not allowed to download attachments on the forum. The error could be related to different factors such as incorrect simulation settings or the problem itself being difficult to converge. I recommend looking into this convergence troubleshooting article that describes some of the adjustments in the advanced settings that could resolve convergence issues. Additionally, like you mentioned having a well-adjusted mesh across the simulation region can be important; more specifically, that the mesh is able to resolve the smallest features of the simulation while allowing for larger mesh size in other areas, to reduce total simulation time. I also suggest examining your voltage boundary condition settings. For example, itÔÇÖs recommended to start the simulation from 0V to avoid potential initialization convergence errors.
