Error: Mesh on Port is non-planar

  Hi,
  
  When I try to run my model I come across the following error:

  HFSSDesign1 (DrivenModal)

  I tried to assign a wave port with an integration line. However I couldn't find where I did the mistake. I already define the port on a plane.
