SubscriberThe software's solver is getting stuck in initializing the interface. I'm herewith attaching the screenshot of the error and also I'm not able to download any file from the Application Gallery and error message has been attached. The licenses menu has been shown with active as well as inactive license.Can anybody suggest some solution. -

Please remove the Lumerical product preference.ini files from your user folder on your computer. See this Knowledge Base (KB) for details/instructions.
Your IT/Network security is probably blocking access from our application to our servers. Try to download the examples from the Ansys Optics Application Gallery (Apps) website.
