Error in opening Design File

  The error message indicates that the simulation file was created on a different machine/version which is not compatible or supported by the version of Lumerical FDTD you are using. The issue seems to be specific to your simulation file/model.
  - Which vesion of Lumerical are you using? Send a screenshot of the Lumerical > About page.
  - What is the operating system of the machine you are running on?
  - Did you create the simulation file on the same version/machine?
  - Is the simulation file from our website, Application Gallery (Apps)?
  - Does this happen to all simulation files e.g. examples from our website, Application Gallery (Apps)?
