SubscriberHi, I'm beginner.Â
I'm simulating electric field of Dee electrode in cyclotron with Ansys Ekectornics Destop Student 2023 R2. In this step, I don't mind frequency.
Before adding insulator, I succeed to analyze and visualize electric field. However, after adding insulator, analyze error popped up that "Error in SAT file: not enough data. Simulation completed with execution error on surver. Local Machine."
I can't understand what the error is. It seems some conditions are not sufficient.
As the image shows, I put Ground(steel), Dee electrode, vaccum area(vaccum), insulator(polyether).
Excitation: Ground(bottom-surface) 0 V, Dee electrode(top-surface) 50 V, vaccum area(top and side-surface) 0V
Boundary: insulator insulation
Â
Please give advice to me.

Ansys EmployeeHi,
Is the insulator an imported model? If yes, could you replace your insulator model with a simple cylinder and see if the error persists?
