Error in CFX solution

  but i can't do the final part, the solution, because those errors appears: "The ANSYS CFX solver exited with return code 1. No results file has been created." and "Update failed for the Solution component in CFX. The solver failed with non-zero exit code of 2". Can someone help me, please?
