Error in CFD post

  After my simulation was done, I tried to open the results stage to see the result but this error occurred.
  No matter how long I wait, it does not respond.
  
  These are the screenshots of the error code.
  
  Can anyone please help me with this issue.

  Hi Philip,
  Are you able to run CFD-Post standalone? Try opening the CFD-Post standalone and read in the result file from your simulation.

    I was trying to open CFD-Post alone but the same error occurred.
    I really do not know why this happens all of sudden as I did not have any problems for past 1 year.
    Oh I am using the student version if that might cause the issue.
