Error importing PCB file in Icepak

      "Hi everyone, I imported a PCB file in IDF format using Icepak, but I encountered an error. The error message is shown in the images. Can anyone tell me how to solve this error?"

      Hi William,

      Thanks for asking question in this forum. Can you check with a workshop IDF file. It could be related to IDF format. If workshop IDF works then you may compare the format of your IDF and workshop IDF. If you need workshop IDF file, please create a support request in Ansys Customer Portal.

      William, Based on the error message, you may also edit the THOU to $THOU and see whether that is the reason. If not please try the other suggestion in my previous reply.
