Error HRESULT E_FAIL Returned by COM Component Call

  I am attempting to generate a 3D ROM, but I am facing the following error during the update of the ROM Builder component:
  Update failure for 3D ROM in ROM Builder component. A call to the COM component returned the error HRESULT E_FAIL.
  I have tried the following steps, but the problem persists:
  1. Ensured that I have sufficient permissions to access and modify files and settings related to ANSYS.
  2. Attempted to re-register the relevant COM components.
  3. Updated ANSYS to the latest version.
  I am experiencing this issue on Windows 11, but not on Windows 10. Has anyone else encountered a similar issue? Are there any other solutions or suggestions?

  Hello,
  Suggest to check/reinstall reprequisites.
  Product & CAD Configuration Manager and select Check for Required Prerequisites or Install Required Prerequisites.
  You can also install them manually from under the root \prereq directory of the media/download package
