SubscriberPlease let me know why I am facing this error?
I uploaded the screenshots of meshing and fluent.
Boundary condition:
Inlet-nitrogen gas at 110K,
Outlet-outflow,
pipe_domain-stainless steel,
fluid_domain-nitrogen gas,
pipe and fluid initial temperature is 300K.
Geometry:
pipe dia-20mm, length-350mm, having bellows in between.

Yes, please check your boundary conditions.Â
Specifically check inlet and outlet boundary condition.Â
Also from images, mesh looks ok. But still check orthogonal quality. The min ortho quality should be above 0.1.Â
Depending on your inlet conditions, your mesh may need more refinement. Please check the turbulence model you are using.Â
