I define a coordinate for my building in solar calculator but as you see in the image when I click "apply" and "Ok", the coordinate changes. do you know why?

Make sure the coordinates are applied correctly.

I would consider a change by 1 in the sixth decimal place to be insignificant and use that as valid input for most kinds of analyses. There are few analyses where changes in the sixth decimal place matter, one example might be deformations of an optical surface that forms an image.
