      I use 128 cores to read the mesh, and I got the error.

      There is not error when I generated the mesh in ICEM.

      the mesh file is about 750 MB.

      I suspect there's a corrupt section in the mesh. As you only have around 4M cells try with just one core as a check and read the mesh into Fluent Meshing as that can give us a more diagnostic error message.

      I use a single core to read the mesh. if there is a hole, the error shouldn't be like this.

      I need to check that location indicating in the error.

      Have a look at the geometry and mesh in that region. Something has got twisted or a node is being shared that shouldn't be.
