Error: 80004005 Ansys 2021 R1

  Error: 80004005
  
  Hello, I have the following error (as per screenshots).
  It was running normally with the program, but now it is correcting the following error when trying to analyze modal systems and harmonic responses
  I tried the following solutions:
  /forum/discussion/12753/unable-to-edit-mesh - unsuccessfully
  /forum/discussion/11845/getting-a-script-error-code-80004005-line-45377 - unsuccessfully

  Can you try the following: Verify all Ansys programs are shut down.
  Browse to %APPDATA%\Ansys
  rename v212 to v212.old
  212 is for 2021 R2, please adjust to which version you are using.

  Have yiu managed to resolve this problem? I have error 80004005 if (report Preview Pane.Pane.Selected) when starting Mechanical. I have tried everything recommended here, but it did not help
