SubscriberHowdy all,

I am trying to get a handle around how Ansys fatigue tool accounts for mean stressses. I know essentially that tensile mean stresses reduce fatigue life and essentially increase the alternating stresses that are compared to the SN curve.Â
My question is how (algebraically) is this correction done in the case of Goodman? -
