SubscriberHi, I've successfully downloaded the new license file and reread the file through the Ansys License Manager (19.1). However, when I tried to run the EnSight (I have both 10.2.4 and 10.2.7), it says:
Ansys License Manager Error
Request name 16025 does not exist in the licensing pool. License server system does not support this feature.
Feature: 16025
License path: [email protected]
FlexNet Licensing error:-18,147
Please advise. Thank you.
