EMERGENCY HELP FOR ANSYS 19.0 STUDENT

  have just download the ANSYS student 19.0. I have installed it successfully,but can not open any of them because of this window.
  
  And I need it to do my graduation project,so I hope anyone can help me.
  
  By the way,I am in China,so I am afraid that it is the "blockf the website or something like that that made the trouble.
