I was able to run these sims, with EME window size 80 um(width) and mesh over the same width up until a day ago, and now running the same simulations keeps crrashing and corrupting the files. How do we fix this.

Hello, 

I am sorry hear your simulation is crashing. From my understanding, the file might be corrupted.

Have you tried rebooting the computer? If still the problem exist,I would suggest to rebuild the file. 

I would also suggest to keep the original file as it is and make a copy of it and modify the copy when you modyfy the settings.

Try to update the software to the latest version also.
