Element located in body is highly distorted

Hi all  I am facing the following error during my FSI coupled simulations:

 

although I am already running this case and this is not the initial time step, and also I have run this case for the highest velocity but I did not face this issue.

Could anyone please help me in this.

Why are linear elements better at handling high distortions than quadratic elem?
