i was doing some electromagnetic analysis on very thin plates arranged one over the other which is supplied with current. the thickness of one plate is only 1 micrometer. I had given 0.25mm element size on length based. after simulation , I can see on one of the plate some thing coming outside as shown in figure below. what might be the problem ? how can I resolve this issue?

Ansys EmployeeHello,
Please let me know which domain of Electromagnetic Suit you are using for the analysis.
Meanwhile, you can check the error portion by zooming it, to make sure whether its showing any current plots with arrow head or any mesh outbreak occured.
Regards,
