      Hello,

i am trying to simulate a moving porous media. Therefore i have to modify the Darcy model. How do i implement the red equations in the continuity equation?

I am very thankful for any help!

      Thank you very much

Why do you need to modify the equations if the porous media is moving?

        Hey Rob,

i understood that this is how they did it in the Literature.

Do you know how to do this or if I have to do something else?

        Thank you very much!
        Greetings

It depends on what you're trying to model.  What are you trying to find out?

I am trying to simulate the pultrusion process. It is a two phase flow with air and the resin. The resin is transported through the moving porous media. I am interested in the pressure build up in the die.

Messy, and I can't go into much detail.  Have a look at moving reference frames. But you also need to think about resistance coefficients and surface tension effects.
