EAR Message and Delayed Loading of STK

  Hello, We are experienced a long delay in loading STK since the new Export Control (EAR) message started appearing a few days ago. See the screenshot of the message below.
  Does anyone know how to resolve the delayed loading in STK after accepting the EAR message?

  Hi,
  The pop up message means that either you, or someone in your network license, now has a licensed product under ECCN 9D515. This pop-up would not cause STK to start up slowly.
  
  However, there are things that could have changed to make STK start up slowly. There is a useful knowledge article they can take a look at and give the troubleshooting steps a try to see if it resolves their issues.
