Drift-diffusion divergence error.

      hello. Can anyone assist me in resolving the divergence error in my simulation?
      I followed the troubleshooting steps for the convergence error in CHARGE (link attached), but the error persists.

      The error message from the CHARGE software is attached, and a picture of the setting is also available.

      It is the last few steps that diverge, which means the iterval 0.025v is too large. I would suggest that you do two simulations:
      1: using the current voltage interval to get steady state around 1760;

      2: uisng the above simulated file as input, run another one for the rest but smaller internal and smaller "range min steps".

      Please note that now you are simulating very high voltage for very small device. Make sure the static is not too high to reach unphycial state.
