SubscriberHello,
I selected two edges. i know the distance between them is 0.125. SoÂ
1. What does the Distance Between Centroids mean?
2. What is the Centroid Y mean?
3. Is there a way to measure the distance between a Vertex and edge in Ansys Mech?
4> Is there a way to see the distance between two edges at bottom of the screen without looking at the selection information in Ansys Mech?
Â
Regards,
Sam

SubscriberHi For line centroid is distance between line midpoint to global origin.
In Design modeler you can measure distance between point and line using Analysis tool.
As far as i know selecting two lines will only give total length. -
