Discovery failed to initialize

  I downloaded the student version of Ansys 2023-R1 but when I go to open Discovery I get this error and the software crashes.
  How can I fix it?

  Hello, did you get any installation errors at the end of install? Go to C:\Program Files\Ansys Inc and see if there is install.err file. Post the contents if it exists.
