  I tested with the new Ansys Student 25R2 and it is not fixed.

  Have you tried the suggestions mentioned in this article Discovery Refine: Results fail to appear after solve in Refine stage. | Ansys Knowledge
  Make sure you graphics drivers are up to date. I would recommend update it directly from the manufacturers website.
