Dimensioning large assemblies is too slow

      Hello,

The problem is when you move the cursor after the first click during dimensioning, when you move the cursor or zoom out it slow down and is impossible to work with.

Seems the problem is about dynamic dimension showering. Is there a way to avoid that? What solution we have? It's strange SpaceClaim is so slow either with a RTX 4090 and I9 CPU... I saw someone complain this, but I experienced this behavior so many times I expected a solution on your forum, but not.

      Hi Ventura,

It could be beneficial to reset the user settings from SpaceClaim Options > Advanced > Reset All User Settings.

Make sure the graphics card drivers are up to date.
Go directly to the card manufacturer's website to check for the latest version.

Aside from that, the card itself may have some settings that you can adjust.  For an NVIDIA card, there is the NVIDIA Control Panel.
You can access that by right clicking on the main desktop background.  Make sure the default setting is to use the high performance graphics processor.

      Thanks and Regards

        Hello Atharv Joshi,

I already tried to reset all settings, updated GPU, set default to all NVIDIA settings. But I also tried it in several PC with high end GPU.
Have you tried to detail some big assembly (around 100Mb)? I saw this behavior several times on some assembly.
Can I send you my customer's project?
