Damage criteria and how to use that in ANSYS static structural and in transient ?

Are you referring to the damage initiation and evolution in the Engineering Data? If so, then you specify these with an orthotropic elasticity and orthotropic strength to define progressive damage in a composite material. The initiation determines when the material fails, and the evolution determines the amount of reduction in strength. If you are not referring to this damage criteria, then please provide more details as to where you see it so we can provide further guidance.

      Thank you
      Sean
