Customer getting errors in Ansys when running Analysis

  I am an end-point analyst assisting a user who only speaks english as a second language; I offered to post here for them since they did not find much success in the Chinese forum.
  The user is able to successfully run their simulations, but when trying to use the Analysis feature in FDTD, the application crashes and outputs the following message. This is beyond out IT teams scope, but considering the language barrier I wanted to get as much info as possible and relay it to the user.

  Please tell me if more information is needed to determine what the issue may be.
