Critical error when i try to install ansys

  when i try to install ansys this happen, can help me please??

  This may be caused by permissions.
  Did you right-click on the setup.exe and choose “run as administrator”?
  Also, it may be another software preventing it from installing(virus scanner)
  Also, check the Windows Event Viewer for a more descriptive error.

  I am experiencing a similar issue with Ansys Student. I have resolved the critical error issue on Windows using: WIN + R > %appdata% > ansys\v2242\ProdConfig\uninstall_data.data and deleting this file.
  However, I am now experiencing error messages at the end of the installation process. This is still occuring after refrshing PC. I have over 200GB of free space…
