Critical error during installation

  I'm taking critical error when I run setup. 2024 R2 Ansys for Student version. I'm waiting for a error code or sth. but it's not responding. I cleaned all files one by one and tried again but didnt worked.

  Check if any security software or antivirus blocking the installation.
