Critical error

  I have successfully downloaded the Ansys student version 2024R2 and followed the instructions and system requirements are correct but when I used to unzip the file and open the setup file then started the installation after agree the terms and condition.the process of installation start but in few seconds it shows critical error.I have done it for 4 to 5 download and try to install but same thing happened.kindly give me the proper solution for this issue. I have project submission to complete.

  Can you also send event viewer error screenshots (if any)?
