Can you share the screenshots directly and not attached the image files? Ansys employees are not permitted to download any attachments.
However, plotting on curved line is possible in CFD Post by creating a 'Polyline'. For more details, refer to the link: 12.1.10. Polyline Command (ansys.com)

Forum ModeratorIn Fluent if you pick the wall when creating an iso-surface you'll get a line that's the intersection. Depending on the labelling that should get you what you want.
