  I am simulating, a wavy fin channel. The boundary conditions are shown in the figure below.

  Can you share the screenshots directly and not attached the image files? Ansys employees are not permitted to download any attachments.
  However, plotting on curved line is possible in CFD Post by creating a 'Polyline'. For more details, refer to the link: 12.1.10. Polyline Command (ansys.com)

  I need to plot a graph showing the pressure, along the fin wall at the midplane represented by the dark line in the right image below: The left images shows the boundary line. Can this be done by polyline command?

  In Fluent if you pick the wall when creating an iso-surface you'll get a line that's the intersection. Depending on the labelling that should get you what you want.
