Hi, I'm using the Maxwell2D to analize the E-Field between two silicon cavity. This errors occurs casualy when i change the shown graph or when i move some element in the design mode.

This is not a usual error. Do you see this behaviour for a specific model or in general? If it is in general, can you please uninstall and re install AEDT student version?

No, unfortunately it happens with any model I try to simulate. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software, but the problem has not been resolved.

Hi,

In this case it would be good to check if you are using a supported platform. You can find this information it in the

Platform Support and Recommendations | Ansys 

If you are using a version older than 25R1, please select "Previous versions" in the page above.

hi does this error exisit with examples from AEDT?

Yes, but always in differents step, sometimes during the simulation, sometimes when i'm watching the result of the simulation.

Open the NVIDIA Control Panel, go to Manage 3D Settings > Global Presets and change the Base Profile to “ Dassault Systemes - V5 / 3DExperience ”, reboot the device and make sure the settings are in the same state as they were after the change before operating AEDT. Please try to operate AEDT after restarting the terminal and confirming that the settings have been changed.
