I want to simulate a thermoelectric cooler with a size of about 5 cm*5 cm and a thickness of about 1 nm.
Is there any suitable solver in Ansys that can solve my problem?
If so, can you give me some examples?

Hi,Â
You can use a Thermal-Electric module to carry out coupled analysis.
- To understand the basic workflow of thermal-electric analysis, please feel free to refer to this Ansys documentation: Â 5.11. Thermal-Electric Analysis (ansys.com).
- And examples with ADPL are available in documentation: 2.2. Thermal-Electric Analysis (ansys.com)
Thanks,
Deepak

Hi,
I have used this module, but because my scale in the thickness direction is too small (1 nm), I cannot use it for simulations.
Do you have any other suggestions? Thanks,

Hi
As many of us have said these are the only modules and elements (sold226) that you can use.
