      Just found that the problem comes from win 10 updates starting from 1909 or comes from KB4571756 that included in next win updates (1909, 2004 and 20H2)nA license server located on another machine. I have access to this machine through the VPN channel. The ports 1055 and 2325 are opened. nThe Electronics Desktop 2020 R2.4 cannot find the license server still.nANSYS_EM_DONOT_PRELOAD_3DDRIVER_DLL=1 solves problem of installation, but not license server connectionn

      Another issue was with ansyslmd.lic filenIt had first three lines:nSERVER Nemo ............ 1055 nVENDOR ansyslmd PORT=2325nUSE_SERVERn# Products licensed in this file:n....nnThe first line is ok. nThe second line need to fix ansyslmd.exe on port 2325. It was need because I using VPN channel and have only one opened port 2325 in firewall. Other ports was to open difficult.nAnd third line gives that ansyslmd.exe did not load on port 2325 every time when I reload license manager.nI deleted this third line and all works fine.nBRnAntonn
