I have recently started using LS-DYNA. I have a few doubts as follows:
How to quickly verify the simulation's output in order to determine the likely outcome, while the whole process is taking too long.
Does it matter if the end time of the control termination is altered by 3–4 seconds (from 7 to 3 seconds) for a simulation? If so, how will the user find out about this? -

Hi Imran,
You can check the results while the simulation is on-going to verify that they are in line with your expectation.
Make sure that you have requested sufficient intermediate points to be recorded using *Database cards (check Page 1829 of the LS-DYNA manual: https://www.dynasupport.com/manuals/ls-dyna-manuals/ls-dyna_manual_volume_i_r13.pdf). For example, if your simulation takes 5 seconds, you can request to output data at every 0.1 s. Once the output files are generated during the simulation, you can open them using LS-PrePost.

I am grateful to Dear Armin and Dear Suzume for providing such valuable information.
