Contour Band with a user defined Max/Min Value

      Dear all,

In my Stress representation I would like to visualize which regions are over the yield strength, changing the colour bands. I'd like to define the minimum of colour band as the yield strength and keep fixed the Max value calculated by the software.

Can I supress from the view everything that falls below yield strength?

      Any suggestion?

      Thank you for your support.

Here is the default display of some quantity.
Note that I typed in the top number of 25, overriding the automatically selected value.

Use Capped Isosurface button on the Results Toolbar, and type in 20 if that is your critical value and click the third button.

If this answers your question, please check the Is Solution button below, or ask a follow-up question.

Is there a way to calculate the volume of the region above the critical value?n

There is no automatic way that will calculate the volume for you and report it out. You would have to map it out and manually add it up.n
