Workbench: Connecting point mass to solids by means of beam and spring elements

I know I can connect a point mass to a surface by means of flexible or rigid elements, but I don't know how to customize this.

In APDL I can create a keypoint, stick a point mass element to it, and then connect it manually to beam and spring elements. In Workbench I developed a workaorund where I need to create a dummy solid part, connect the point mass to it, and then connect the beam/spring elements to the solid.

Is there a way to avoid the dummy solid? I'd like to create a floating, "clickable" point mass element , and then connect beams and springs to it as if it was a remote point.

      Thank you

      Hi

      Just use a point mass:
