Conjugate Heat Transfer with Subcooled Boiling

I am trying to simulate subcooled flow boiling inside a tube using Eulerian Multiphase RPI model. There is solid wall (steel) and fluid domain (water-vapor). I created the mesh and imported in the Ansys Fluent.

But, Fluent considers the solid steel as mixture (of phase1 and phase2). How do I properly define this solid-fluid regions/interfaces?
The screenshots of cellzone attached here.

The meshing settings are attached here:

It's set as steel, just ignore the phase option. The boundary between the fluid and solid should be a coupled wall & wall:shadow, leave that alone too unless you REALLY know why you need to alter it.
