Condensed Geometry

      Hi,
i'm trying to set up an analysis in rigid dynamics, which includes flexible parts.
While our company doesn't provide a license for ansys motion right now I'm trying to work around.
I always get an error when i just set a part to flexible and it needs to be a part of a condensed geometry.

But I can't insert a condensed geometry. It's greyed out. I don't find the reason why...

      Kind regards, René

      Hi

It could be due to the licence (because I have it of course available) – so it might need an enterprise licence rather than premium like you have.

      I will confirm later today.

      All the best

      Erik

To answer and to close the post as this will be useful to others trying the same as you.

So condensed geometry is only available with the Enterprise license in Rigid Dynamics (RD).
